Refund Policy

1. Free Participation

FixForward is a completely free-to-participate hackathon. There is no registration fee or entry cost. Since no payment is collected for participation, no refund is applicable for registration.

2. Paid Add-ons & Merchandise

In the event that HYRUP offers optional paid items such as event merchandise, premium resources, or workshop access, the following refund terms apply:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed.
• Physical merchandise can be refunded if returned in original condition within 14 days.
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer.

3. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that FixForward is cancelled by the organizers, all payments made for any paid services will be refunded in full within 15 business days to the original payment method.

4. Prize Disbursement

Prize money will be disbursed to winning teams within 30 business days of the results announcement. Prize money is non-refundable once accepted. Teams are responsible for any applicable taxes on prize winnings.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any eligible purchase, please contact our support team at support@fixforward.xyz with your order details and reason for the refund. We will respond within 3 business days.
